A blue wonder - everywhere.
For that berry craving between meals.
“The berries are really delicious”, says grower Elena Vega as he snacks on a few blueberries straight from the bush. Our Blue Wonder`s thrive here, near Rostock (Germany), like blue pearls. They are super-sized and super delicious. “It’s just superfood”, Elena says as he continues to snack.
The Blueberries are extra delicious, crunchy and wonderfully flavorful – and it stays fresh for a long time.
Elena looks up at the sky. “The berries love it – a clear, cold night and a sunny day”. Because large temperature differences are perfect for the aroma. Whether for example in Germany, Italy, Morocco, Poland, Peru, Spain, South Africa, Chile, Portugal, Turkey and Tunisia:. We only grow blueberries where the climatic conditions are perfect and similar.
Elena , like his colleagues in other countries, gives the berries plenty of time in the sun to ripen and only picks them when they are fully aromatically ripe and have the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Elena and our other farms worldwide always work with nature. Only when the fruits are beautiful blue and firm do they have the most healthy plant pigments and are particularly delicious. “A blue wonder”, Elena says.
