Lovely Valentine’s Day Cake.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix in flour and egg whites to the sugar-egg mass.
  3. Put in a baking tin and bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Mascarpone, yoghurt and sugar. Spread the cream on the cake base.
  5. Wash strawberries, remove leaves and divide in the middle.
  6. Garnish with strawberry halves and mint leaves. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Yummmy, have a delicious Valentine’s Day!
