Gourmet banana tart.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and insert the paper muffin cups in the muffin tray.
  2. Cut the bananas into small pieces and mash them with the hand blender until creamy – add a little water.
  3. Add the sugar and eggs and mix.
  4. Then add salt, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and olive oil.
  5. Fill the muffin cups with batter and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Take out and allow to cool. Garnish with a banana slice – that’s it!
