Gourmet banana tart.
Ingredients:
- 3 SanLucar Bananas
- 350 g brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp SanLucar Olive Oil
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and insert the paper muffin cups in the muffin tray.
- Cut the bananas into small pieces and mash them with the hand blender until creamy – add a little water.
- Add the sugar and eggs and mix.
- Then add salt, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and olive oil.
- Fill the muffin cups with batter and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Take out and allow to cool. Garnish with a banana slice – that’s it!
