Chocolate Clementines.
Ingredients:
- 6 SanLucar Clementines
- 150 g chocolate
- 50 g almond slivers
Preparation:
- Carefully peel the clementines and cut them into columns.
- Heat the fragmented chocolate in a bain-marie (water bath). Dip the clementine columns individually into the chocolate until they are completely covered.
- Drain and lay on baking paper. Sprinkle with almond slivers and leave to dry. Bon appetit!
