Chocolate Clementines.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Carefully peel the clementines and cut them into columns.
  2. Heat the fragmented chocolate in a bain-marie (water bath). Dip the clementine columns individually into the chocolate until they are completely covered.
  3. Drain and lay on baking paper. Sprinkle with almond slivers and leave to dry. Bon appetit!
