Crunchy apple chips.

Ingredients:

  • 2 SanLucar Golden Delicious apples
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 ml water

Preparation:

  1. Dissolve the sugar completely in 150ml of boiling water.
  2. Steep the apple slices for 2 minutes in the hot sugar solution. Then place on a baking sheet and allow to dry in a preheated oven at 120° C for about an hour.
  3. Remove the apple chips from the baking paper and leave to cool. Bon appetit!
