Crunchy apple chips.
Ingredients:
- 2 SanLucar Golden Delicious apples
- 150 g sugar
- 150 ml water
Preparation:
- Dissolve the sugar completely in 150ml of boiling water.
- Steep the apple slices for 2 minutes in the hot sugar solution. Then place on a baking sheet and allow to dry in a preheated oven at 120° C for about an hour.
- Remove the apple chips from the baking paper and leave to cool. Bon appetit!
