Sun kisses with every bite!
Sun kisses with every bite!
Do you know that feeling too? Your stomach is growling, but you don’t have time to cook! We have just the thing for you. Dried tomato chunks, semi-dried tomato chunks or our sun-dried tomato pesto – these three delicacies will get your creativity flowing.
We only use the best tomatoes, processed with love and care to make them a real treat for the palate. Sweet, juicy, aromatic – they bring summer straight into your kitchen.
Whether with steaming pasta, on crusty bread, in a salad or with cheese – no wonder they taste so good! The tomatoes also come from our oasis “La Cinquième Saison” in Tunisia. We water the fruit with mineral-rich water from a 60-degree thermal spring, which makes them particularly aromatic. And because we only harvest perfectly ripe tomatoes, their full flavour unfolds. Have you got an appetite? Then try our new tomato variations and let the taste of the south melt in your mouth. Delicious has never been so easy!
Good to know
Pesto also freezes well in small portions, e.g. in ice cube trays, and can be defrosted as required.

Country of origin
Our tomatoes from Tunisia are lovingly cared for and harvested when ripe. But that’s not all: We also support social projects there for the future of Tunisian children and families.
Storage
Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within five days. A thin layer of olive oil keeps the pesto fresh for longer.
History
Drying tomatoes to preserve them is an ancient method that was used by the Egyptians and Romans. Pesto production also has its roots in Roman moretum.
Tips & special features
Pesto is versatile: perfect for pasta, as a marinade for meat or fish, spread on bread, in sandwiches or as a dip for vegetables. Dried tomatoes are also true all-rounders – ideal for Mediterranean dishes, spreads, dips or as an ingredient in baked goods such as focaccia or baguettes.
Taste in harmony with people and nature
We use our modern, digitally controlled water management system to save water, always rely on natural predators first when dealing with pests and protect the bees.
