SanLucar Blueberry Cheesecake

Craving something sweet, fruity, and creamy? Then treat yourself and your loved ones to this heavenly blueberry cheesecake. It’s wonderfully delicious and super easy to prepare!

Ingredients:

4 servings

  • 750g quark (or cream cheese as an alternative)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 200g SanLucar blueberries
  • 100g sugar or your preferred sweetener

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the quark, eggs, vanilla pudding powder, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the mixture into one or two baking dishes, depending on their size.
3. Scatter the blueberries over the top.
4. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 20 minutes.
5. Allow to cool completely, cut into slices, and enjoy every bite!
