
Lemon Ice Cubes – Summer Refreshment
Ingredients:
- 2–3 SanLucar lemons
- Water and/or lemon buttermilk
- Ice cube tray
Preparation:
- .Wash and thinly slice the lemons.
- Place the lemon slices into ice cube trays, fanning them out nicely.
- Pour over with either:
▸ cold water (for a light and refreshing version)
▸ or lemon buttermilk (for a creamy, tangy twist). - Freeze until solid.
- When you’re ready to chill, just pop the cubes into a glass and top with water or more lemon buttermilk.
