Because we care about people and nature.
We and our partners have committed to a strict code of conduct in order to guarantee respect for human rights, fair working conditions and environmental protection.

- Compliance with the regulations
Our Code of Conduct is based on the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact and the guidelines of the ILO (International Labour Organization).
We, our Master Growers and our suppliers are committed to complying with this code. It covers topics such as child protection, equal rights, fair working conditions, health and safety, and environmental protection.
We assess and prioritise any negative impacts that our business activities could have on human rights, labour rights, food safety, nutrition and the environment and can thus take measures to prevent, mitigate or eliminate these negative impacts.
For us, the economy, society and the environment are closely linked and must be viewed as a unit. That is why we set ourselves goals that are in harmony with the people and resources in the growing regions.
Our goals are also reflected in the strict internationally recognised certification standards such as SA8000, SIZA, SMETA, GLOBAL G.A.P and/or GRASP. We are proud of our compliance with these criteria and the quality of our work.
If you have any questions, complaints or suggestions regarding the SA8000 criteria at SanLucar Fruit S.L.U., please do not hesitate to contact us or write to SAI (Social Accountability International) or to our certification body TÜV Nord. We are constantly striving to improve and welcome any suggestions and constructive criticism.
