Our fruit and vegetables should reach you ripe, juicy, crunchy and with the very best taste. That’s why, in some cases, we have to protect our favourites with environmentally friendly packaging – to keep them fresh and intact during transport and in the supermarket.

We offer over 60 per cent of our fruit without any packaging at all. This has enabled us to save 1,400 tonnes of plastic over the last ten years.

For our “delicate” fruits, we have developed environmentally friendly packaging that keeps the them fresh and provides all-round protection. This is important to us – because we want to avoid food waste at all costs.
Wherever possible, we avoid using plastic and select only sustainable raw materials.

For example, we also offer our blueberries in the natural bowl, which is made from 94 per cent FSC-certified paper – in other words, paper from sustainable forestry.

And our tomatoes, grapes and stone fruit are perfectly protected in our fully recyclable natural paper bag. Incidentally, 90 per cent of our grapes are sold in these natural bags. We think that’s really fresh!
