Banana cheese skewers.
Ingredients:
- 2 SanLucar Gourmet Bananas
- 100 g of cheese (Emmentaler, Gouda or Manchego)
- 500 g breadcrumbs
- Water
- Sesame seeds
- Sunflower oil
- Soy sauce
Preparation:
- Mix the breadcrumbs with cold water until spreadable.
- Cut bananas and cheese into pieces of the same size and skewer a piece of cheese and banana on a toothpick.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a high frying pan.
- Dip the skewers in the breadcrumbs and fry them in the hot oil until the breading is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and dip in soy sauce before eating – that’s it!
