Black forest cherry dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g SanLucar cherries
  • 4 tablespoons of cherry brandy
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g of lean curd
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 50 g sugar
  • 250 ml water

Preparation:

  1. Pit the cherries and sauté with 250 ml of water.
  2. Mix the corn starch with cold water and add to the cherries.
  3. Mix in the cherry brandy and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add sugar as needed. Stir sour cream, curd, sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice together.
  5. Alternately fill the chilled cherry sauce and sour cream-curd mix in glasses. Ready!
