Classic strawberry cake.
Ingredients:
- 500 g SanLucar Strawberries
- 3 eggs
- 90 g sugar
- 1 package of vanilla sugar
- 90 g flour
- 50 g dark chocolate
- Coconut flakes
- 1 package of pudding powder
- Chopped pistachios
Preparation:
- Separate the eggs and beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Fold flour and egg-white froth into the sugar-egg mass.
- Place in a baking tin and bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Allow the base to cool down.
- Melt the chocolate in the waterbed and spread it over the edge.
- Spread coconut flakes on the edge.
- Prepare pudding according to pack instructions and allow to cool. Spread on the base. Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves.
- Spread the fruit evenly on the cake. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios over the top and cool for 1 hour in the fridge.
