Gourmet strawberry tiramisu.

Ingredients:
- 800 g SanLucar strawberries
- 500 g of mascarpone
- 1 SanLucar lemon (squeezed)
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 160 g powdered sugar
- 300 g Cantuccini (Italian almond cake)
- 200 g of natural yoghurt
- 200 ml of cold espresso
Preparation:
- Dice 400 g of strawberries. Sprinkle with lemon juice and 60 g of powdered sugar.
- Stir in 400 g of strawberries, place aside. Mix yogurt, mascarpone and 100 g of powdered sugar together.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture. Place the Cantuccini in a flat bowl and sprinkle with espresso.
- Alternate layers strawberry puree, mascarpone cream and strawberry slices. Garnish with strawberries.
- Allow the tiramisu to rest in the refrigerator for two hours before serving. Bon Appetit!
