Grilled pineapple with bacon.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Peel the pineapple and cut it into slices approximately 2 cm thick.
  2. Remove the core with a sharp knife or a corer.
  3. Halve the pineapple slices and stick them on the grill skewers with a slice of bacon. Grill or fry from each side for about 3 minutes.
