Lovely Valentine’s Day Cake.

Ingredients:
- 300 g SanLucar Strawberries
- 3 eggs
- 90 g and 70 g of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 90 g flour
- 100 g mascarpone
- 150 g of natural yoghurt
- SanLucar Mint Leaves
Preparation:
- Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix in flour and egg whites to the sugar-egg mass.
- Put in a baking tin and bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Mascarpone, yoghurt and sugar. Spread the cream on the cake base.
- Wash strawberries, remove leaves and divide in the middle.
- Garnish with strawberry halves and mint leaves. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Yummmy, have a delicious Valentine’s Day!
