
Raspberry Smoothie Bowl.

Ingredients:
For the bowl:
- 1 cup frozen SanLucar raspberries
- 1 frozen SanLucar banana
- 1 cup light coconut or almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the topping:
- 1 tbsp seeds
- Pieces of chocolate
- SanLucar raspberries
Preparation:
- Put the frozen raspberries, the frozen banana, the light coconut or almond milk, and the vanilla extract into a blender.
Tip: Make sure that the raspberries and the banana are as cold or frozen as possible, otherwise the smoothie bowl will be too runny. - Puree all the ingredients until you have a fine smoothie cream. If necessary, you can gradually add more milk.
Tip: The amount of milk varies depending on which blender you use and how runny or firm you want your smoothie bowl. - Once your smoothie is blended, pour it into a bowl and garnish the bowl with the seeds, chocolate, and the raspberries.
