
Raspberry & Speculoos Cream Dessert
This classic brings summer to your plate: Crispy garlic bread topped with aromatic sun-ripened tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and parsley. Always a favorite!
Ingredients:
- 1 garlic baguette (pre-baked)
- 100g SanLucar tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 125g mozzarella, cut into heart shapes (or slices)
- 1 tsp tomato-mozzarella seasoning (oregano, basil, salt, pepper)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Preparation:
- Slice the garlic baguette lengthwise.
- Arrange the tomato slices evenly over the bread.
- Cut the mozzarella into hearts or slices and place them on the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with tomato-mozzarella seasoning.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
- Optional twist: For a fresh toast version, add sliced avocado and halved cherry tomatoes, seasoned with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
