Garlic bread topped with cherry tomatoes, basil, and heart-shaped mozzarella slices

Raspberry & Speculoos Cream Dessert

This classic brings summer to your plate: Crispy garlic bread topped with aromatic sun-ripened tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and parsley. Always a favorite!

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1.  Slice the garlic baguette lengthwise.
  2. Arrange the tomato slices evenly over the bread.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into hearts or slices and place them on the tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with tomato-mozzarella seasoning.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
  6. Optional twist: For a fresh toast version, add sliced avocado and halved cherry tomatoes, seasoned with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
