Roasted Green Asparagus

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash the asparagus and trim off the tough ends. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Serving suggestion: 

Pair with boiled or roasted potatoes and a light yogurt sauce made with yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and herbs.
