Rosted Grape Crostini

This is a delicious combination: our sweet grapes with goat cheese on French baguette. And then it’s off to the oven. Look how delicious!

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss fresh grapes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast grapes in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until softened and slightly caramelized.
  5. Slice the French baguette into 1 cm thick slices. Toast slices in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  6. Spread goat cheese onto each toasted baguette slice.
  7. Top with roasted grapes and drizzle with any remaining juices from the baking sheet.
