Rosted Grape Crostini
This is a delicious combination: our sweet grapes with goat cheese on French baguette. And then it’s off to the oven. Look how delicious!
Ingredients:
- Fresh grapes from SanLucar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 French baguette
- 220g goat cheese
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss fresh grapes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast grapes in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until softened and slightly caramelized.
- Slice the French baguette into 1 cm thick slices. Toast slices in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Spread goat cheese onto each toasted baguette slice.
- Top with roasted grapes and drizzle with any remaining juices from the baking sheet.
