Sweet grape tiramisu.

The First of Advent is coming – crazy how time flies! In order for you to start your Advent properly, we have selected for you our favourite recipes. The taste is not just delicious, but will also guarantee you a sweet pre-Christmas time. So, get your cooking spoon! And off we go with our absolute dessert favourites: our Grape Tiramisu.

Ingredients:

  • 600g SanLucar grapes
  • 200g sponge fingers
  • 12 tablespoons of cold coffee
  • 10 tbsp amaretto
  • 750g of curd
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 1 SanLucar lemon
  • 5 tablespoons of mineral water
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100g sugar
  • 50g chocolate sprinkles

Preparation:

  1. Sprinkle the sponge fingers and drip the coffee and 5 tablespoons of Amaretto on top.
  2. Halve the grapes and remove the seeds, squeeze all the juice from the lemon.
  3. Mix the curd, mascarpone, lemon juice, mineral water, vanilla sugar and sugar with the remaining liqueur to a creamy mass.
  4. Place the biscuits, grapes and cream alternately in a baking dish.
  5. Garnish with grapes and chocolate sprinkle and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Bon Appetit!
