But what makes a diet healthy?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you have to switch to a stone-age diet, food without dairy products or other new nutritional models?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t worry, you don\u2019t have to! You should have enough fruit and vegetables to spread out throughout the day. They used to say that 5 servings daily are optimal. Today is: 7 a day! In a study conducted by University College London with 65,000 people, it was found that the risk of death decreases by 42% if you eat 7 or more servings of fruit and vegetables every day. Since some fruits have a high percentage of fruit sugar, it\u2019s better to have tomato, cucumber, bell peppers and the like, or salads on your shopping list, too.
