Cuando voy de compras, siempre me aseguro de comprar s\u00f3lo c\u00edtricos que sean realmente adecuados para exprimir. Afortunadamente, esto se indica ahora en el envase. La digesti\u00f3n est\u00e1 en pleno apogeo y las sustancias bioactivas de la fruta me proporcionan mucha energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Como muesli al menos tres veces a la semana. Pero hay que tener cuidado al comprarlos. La mayor\u00eda de los copos y mueslis tienen un alto contenido de az\u00facar.
