El \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico indica la altura y la rapidez con que aumenta el az\u00facar en la sangre despu\u00e9s de consumir 50 gramos de hidratos de carbono de un alimento. Por ejemplo, 50 gramos de glucosa dan lugar a un \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico del 100%. Este es tambi\u00e9n el valor de referencia.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, existe una dificultad con el \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico. Tomemos el ejemplo de la sand\u00eda. El \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico de esta fruta baja en calor\u00edas es de 72, lo que es bastante alto. Esto significa que la sand\u00eda tiene incluso un valor superior al del pan blanco. \u00bfC\u00f3mo puede ser esto? El \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico se refiere siempre al consumo de 50 gramos de hidratos de carbono de los alimentos. Las frutas incluyen\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/frutas-verduras\/exoticos\/pinas\/\">pi\u00f1as<\/a>, manzanas,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/citricos\/pomelos\/\">pomelos<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/citricos\/mandarinas\/\">mandarinas<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/citricos\/naranjas\/\">naranjas<\/a>, peras y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/fruta-de-hueso\/albaricoques\/\">albaricoques<\/a>.
