Para mantenerlo as\u00ed, hemos hecho algunas investigaciones para saber qu\u00e9 alimentos mantienen los pulmones en forma.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Investigadores de la Universidad Johns Hopkins de los Estados Unidos han descubierto que la funci\u00f3n pulmonar de los ex fumadores se recupera mejor si comen una <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/manzanas\/\">manzana<\/a> y al menos dos <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/tomates\/\">tomates<\/a> al d\u00eda. Esto tambi\u00e9n ralentizar\u00eda de forma apreciable una disminuci\u00f3n de la funci\u00f3n pulmonar relacionada con la edad.<\/p>\n<p>Un estudio sobre los pulmones (Encuesta sobre la Salud Respiratoria de la Comunidad Europea) realizado por cient\u00edficos europeos, ha llegado a una conclusi\u00f3n muy similar. Este gen protege las c\u00e9lulas y, por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n protege a las c\u00e9lulas de los pulmones de los contaminantes y de las toxinas.<\/p>\n<h3>Jengibre y cebollas.<\/h3>\n<p>El jengibre y las <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/verduras\/cebollas\/\">cebollas<\/a> tambi\u00e9n son buenos para los pulmones, especialmente cuando se est\u00e1 resfriado.
