La verdura est\u00e1 especialmente indicada para las personas con diabetes, dado que es baja en grasas y calor\u00edas y, por lo general, contiene muy poca glucosa (az\u00facares simples), pero a la vez es muy rica en vitaminas, fibra y minerales.<\/p>\n<p>La fruta, gracias a las vitaminas y minerales que contiene, tambi\u00e9n debe formar parte de la dieta de los diab\u00e9ticos aunque contenga una mayor cantidad de az\u00facar que la verdura. Adem\u00e1s, empleando el \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico (IG) y, sobre todo, la carga gluc\u00e9mica (CG), podemos saber qu\u00e9 frutos son m\u00e1s recomendables y tienen menor efecto en los niveles de az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico nos indica cu\u00e1nto y cu\u00e1n r\u00e1pido aumenta el nivel de az\u00facar en sangre por cada 50 gramos de hidratos de carbono de un alimento que consumimos. En el caso de la glucosa, 50 gramos resultan en un \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico del 100 %.<\/p>\n<p>Este \u00edndice se emplea, adem\u00e1s, como referencia para el resto de alimentos. El \u00edndice se basa siempre en la ingesta de 50 gramos de hidratos de carbono del alimento en cuesti\u00f3n; y dado que la sand\u00eda contiene muy pocos hidratos de carbono, ser\u00eda necesario ingerir 800 gramos de esta fruta para alcanzar esa cantidad de hidratos de carbono y el \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico del 72 %, algo m\u00e1s bien improbable.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, existe tambi\u00e9n la carga gluc\u00e9mica, una ampliaci\u00f3n del \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico, cuyo valor se basa en la cantidad consumida de un alimento. Por tanto, la carga gluc\u00e9mica de 100 gramos de sand\u00eda es muy baja, de tan solo el 4,5 %.<\/p>\n<p>Para simplificarlo, hemos hecho una peque\u00f1a lista de verduras y hortalizas con una carga gluc\u00e9mica baja (basada en una ingesta de 100 gramos) y que, por tanto, son apropiadas para personas diab\u00e9ticas. Se recomiendan en particular el <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/tomates\/\">tomate<\/a>, el pepino, la berenjena, la alcachofa, la coliflor, la zanahoria, el calabac\u00edn, los esp\u00e1rragos y muchas variedades m\u00e1s. En cuanto a la fruta, encontramos, por ejemplo, que tanto la <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/frutas-verduras\/exoticos\/pinas\/\">pi\u00f1a<\/a>, como la manzana, el <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/citricos\/pomelos\/\">pomelo<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/citricos\/mandarinas\/\">mandarina<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/citricos\/naranjas\/\">naranja<\/a>, la pera y el <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/fruta-de-hueso\/albaricoques\/\">albaricoque<\/a> est\u00e1n indicados para diab\u00e9ticos. Adem\u00e1s, en el caso de <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/bayas\/fresas\/\">fresas<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/bayas\/arandanos\/\">ar\u00e1ndanos<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/bayas\/frambuesas\/\">frambuesas<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/sanlucar.com\/es\/frutos\/bayas\/grosellas\/\">grosellas<\/a>, la carga gluc\u00e9mica es especialmente baja.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Qu\u00e9 fresco y rico suena todo! Sin duda, es una lista de la compra perfecta, y no solo para personas diab\u00e9ticas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
