Location and care tips

Sun, sun, sun and rather less water than too much! It’s that easy to care for an ornamental Limonella tree. However, the roots should not dry out and the tree will appreciate a trim now and again in the summer months. Otherwise, it will simply spoil you with its flowers, delicate fragrance and bright yellow fruits.

History

Our ornamental Limonella is full of Mexican temperament. It is a cross between a Mexican lime and a Marumi kumquat. The Limonella was bred in Florida in 1909 by the American botanist Walter Tennyson Swingle. Since then, it has delighted plant lovers all over the world with its cheerful appearance.
