Saftiger Mandarinenkuchen angeschnitten serviert

Mandarin Cake.

Ingredients:

  • 75g melted butter
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 1 SanLucar mandarin
  • 1/4 cup mandarin juice
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream

Preparation:

  1. Place flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix together.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat butter with olive oil, sugar and grated mandarin peel using a whisk.
  3. Next, add the eggs and honey and stir well.
  4. Add milk and mandarin juice to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Combine the flour with this mixture and pour it into a baking pan. Draw a line in the middle of the pan using a knife.
  6. For the glaze: Mix together butter, brown sugar, mandarin juice and whipped cream.
  7. Finally, decorate the mandarin cake with this glaze and enjoy the sweet-tangy taste of summer.
