Kiwi yoghurt ice-cream.
Ingredients:
- 8 SanLucar Kiwis
- 150g fine sugar
- ½ SanLucar Lemon
- 400ml yoghurt
- 30ml orange liqueur
- 1 bowl of SanLucar Nibbling Berries
Preparation:
- Peel the kiwis, dice and mix with sugar.
- Steep for 30 minutes. Press half of a lemon. Puree kiwis – slowly add sugar, lemon juice, yoghurt and orange liqueur.
- Put in an icemaker and freeze. Put the finished ice cream in a bowl, decorate with kiwi slices and Nibbling Berries.
