Kiwi yoghurt ice-cream.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Peel the kiwis, dice and mix with sugar.
  2. Steep for 30 minutes. Press half of a lemon. Puree kiwis – slowly add sugar, lemon juice, yoghurt and orange liqueur.
  3. Put in an icemaker and freeze. Put the finished ice cream in a bowl, decorate with kiwi slices and Nibbling Berries.
