Grilled honey pineapple.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Peel the pineapple and cut it into slices about 2 cm thick. Remove the pineapple core with a sharp knife or corer.
  2. Grill the pineapple slices on the hot grill from each side (works alternatively, of course, in the oven or in a pan).
  3. After turning, turn on one side with 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix crème fraîche with lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey and ginger.
  4. Pour the sauce over the pineapple slices. Garnish with the chopped almonds and mint leaves. Bon Appetit!
