Grilled honey pineapple.
Ingredients:
- 1 SanLucar Pineapple
- 4 tbsp honey
- 100 g of crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp fresh SanLucar lemon juice
- ½ tsp powder
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds
- SanLucar mint leaves
Preparation:
- Peel the pineapple and cut it into slices about 2 cm thick. Remove the pineapple core with a sharp knife or corer.
- Grill the pineapple slices on the hot grill from each side (works alternatively, of course, in the oven or in a pan).
- After turning, turn on one side with 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix crème fraîche with lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the pineapple slices. Garnish with the chopped almonds and mint leaves. Bon Appetit!
