Gourmet strawberry tiramisu.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Dice 400 g of strawberries. Sprinkle with lemon juice and 60 g of powdered sugar.
  2. Stir in 400 g of strawberries, place aside. Mix yogurt, mascarpone and 100 g of powdered sugar together.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture. Place the Cantuccini in a flat bowl and sprinkle with espresso.
  4. Alternate layers strawberry puree, mascarpone cream and strawberry slices. Garnish with strawberries.
  5. Allow the tiramisu to rest in the refrigerator for two hours before serving. Bon Appetit!
