Grilled pineapple with bacon.
Ingredients:
- 1 SanLucar pineapple
- 150 g of smoked bacon
Preparation:
- Peel the pineapple and cut it into slices approximately 2 cm thick.
- Remove the core with a sharp knife or a corer.
- Halve the pineapple slices and stick them on the grill skewers with a slice of bacon. Grill or fry from each side for about 3 minutes.
