Homemade Sun-Dried Tomatoes (Airfryer Style)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1.  Wash and halve the tomatoes (quarter if large).
  2. Place them cut-side up in the airfryer.
  3. Dry at 90–100 °C for at least 2–3 hours depending on size and desired texture.
  4. Occasionally open the airfryer drawer to let out moisture for more intense flavor.
  5. Let the tomatoes cool completely.
  6.  Layer them in a clean jar and cover with olive oil.
  7. Add your favorite spices – to keep the flavor fresh and bold.
  8. Store in the fridge – or enjoy right away!

Tip: Perfect with pasta, antipasti, on bread, or just straight from the jar. A taste of summer in your pantry!
