Burrata with Tomatoes and Peaches

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Cut the Caprese tomatoes into slices about 3 mm thick.
  2. Cut the peaches into eighths and sear the wedges in a pan or grill them.
  3. Arrange the tomato slices in a ring on a large plate.
  4. Place the peach wedges on top and the burrata in the center.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and Aceto Balsamico Barrique Speciale, then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with basil.
