
Burrata with Tomatoes and Peaches

Ingredients:
- 4–6 SanLucar Caprese tomatoes
- 2 SanLucar peaches
- 1 Burrata di Bufala
- SanLucar olive oil
- Mazzetti Aceto Balsamico Barrique Speciale
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh SanLucar basil
Preparation:
- Cut the Caprese tomatoes into slices about 3 mm thick.
- Cut the peaches into eighths and sear the wedges in a pan or grill them.
- Arrange the tomato slices in a ring on a large plate.
- Place the peach wedges on top and the burrata in the center.
- Drizzle with olive oil and Aceto Balsamico Barrique Speciale, then season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with basil.
