Burrito with Avocado and Tomato

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Dice the tomato, cucumber, onion, and peeled avocado, then place them in a bowl.
  2. Add the cooked black beans and rice, then mix well.
  3. Season with cumin, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Lay the burrito tortilla flat on a plate and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Spread the vegetable-bean-rice mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  6.  Fold the burrito securely so it can be easily held.
  7. Serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream if desired. Enjoy!
