Colorful Quinoa Bowl Rezept

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Bring quinoa to a boil with twice the amount of water, then let it simmer for 15 minutes. You can season the water with salt, spices, or broth.
  2. Once the quinoa is tender, drain any excess water and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer the cooled quinoa to a bowl and mix it with olive oil, parsley, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the broccoli florets, diced sweet potato, avocado, diced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  5. Top with a dollop of tzatziki.
  6. Enjoy your super bowl full of flavors and nutrients!
