Gourmet pan with tomatoes and gnocchi.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of SanLucar Pralinen tomatoes
- 500 g of gnocchi
- 1 SanLucar onion
- 200 ml of cream
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- SanLucar Arbequina-Olivenöl
- Fresh SanLucar herbs
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Boil the gnocchi in salt water.
- Dice the onion and fry together with whole garlic cloves in olive oil.
- Add the gnocchi and halved tomatoes and sauté.
- Then add the cream and tomato paste.
- Simmer for a few minutes and season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs (for example, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary).
