Guacamole.
Ingredients:
- 5 ripe SanLucar avocados
- 100g SanLucar Tomatoes
- 100g onions
- 1 SanLucar Lime
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
- Salt (to taste)
- Coriander
- Corn chips (Nachos)
- Tabasco
Preparation:
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed. Scoop out the flesh and mash with a fork to create a puree.
- Now, chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces and add to the avocado puree, mixing everything together.
- Finely chop the coriander and mix with lime juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add a little Tabasco to the guacamole if desired.
- Serve with Nachos. ¡Buen provecho!
