Homemade Dressing

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp SanLucar olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Salad suggestion
- Leafy greens of your choice (e.g., arugula)
- Slices of SanLucar peaches
- SanLucar strawberries
- Feta cheese
- Walnuts
- Red SanLucar onion
Preparation:
- Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
