Red lentils with herbs.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the shallots and sauté in olive oil.
  2. Add lentils.
  3. Add white wine and top up with water.
  4. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and anise powder and simmer for about 15 minutes until the lentils are soft.
  5. Place the tomato into boiling water briefly and skin.
  6. Dice the fruit. Finely chop the herbs.
  7. Add tomatoes and herbs to the lentils and taste.
  8. This is served with fried sea bass or pike-perch fillet.
