Sweet strawberry omelette.
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 75 g flour
- 400 ml cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- Sugar to taste
- 250 g SanLucar Strawberries
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Stir eggs and sugar until frothy. Add flour.
- Squeeze or brush out circles of 12 cm in diameter from the batter on a lined baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove, fold and allow to cool.
- Beat until very firm the cream, cream stiffener and sugar to taste. Fill the Omelette with this.
- Place the washed and quartered strawberries on the whipped cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
