Stuffed summer tomatoes.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Cut off the top of the tomatoes and place the lid aside.
  2. Hollow out the tomatoes and turn them upside down to drain. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Dice the cheese and eggs.
  3. Mix this all with mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper and vinegar. Mix in finely chopped parsley.
  4. Fill the tomatoes, put the lid back on and serve.
