Baked feta pasta with roasted cherry tomatoes and herbs – a creamy and flavorful Mediterranean dish

Baked Feta Pasta

Something warm is what people need – and our deliciously aromatic tomatoes! With them, you can easily enrich this heavenly feta pasta. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, season with garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  3. Place the feta block in the center of the dish, coating it lightly with the oil mixture.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta becomes soft.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  6. Remove the baking dish from the oven. Mash the feta and stir everything together until combined.
  7. Add the cooked rigatoni to the baking dish and toss to coat in the feta-tomato mixture.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Serve warm and enjoy!
