
Baked Feta Pasta
Something warm is what people need – and our deliciously aromatic tomatoes! With them, you can easily enrich this heavenly feta pasta. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients:
- 500g SanLucar cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup SanLucar extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 block of feta cheese
- 280g mezze rigatoni
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- Flaky sea salt, for serving
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, season with garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Place the feta block in the center of the dish, coating it lightly with the oil mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta becomes soft.
- Meanwhile, cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven. Mash the feta and stir everything together until combined.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the baking dish and toss to coat in the feta-tomato mixture.
- Garnish with fresh basil and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. Serve warm and enjoy!
